姜其永（韩语：강기영，1983年10月14日－），韩国男演员，毕业于 水原大学演剧电影系。在2009年参与的一次公演中出道，及后在多部电视剧如《打架吧鬼神》、《举重妖精金福珠》和《隧道》中所饰演的角色均给观众留下深刻印象。其后，在《金秘书为何那样》中饰演幽默风趣的朴佑值一角得到大众支持，正式打开知名度。

Kang Ki Young is a South Korean actor. Born on October 14, 1983, he made his acting debut in the 2014 television drama “King of High School.” He has since appeared in the popular dramas “Shine or Go Crazy” (2015), “Oh My Ghostess” (2015), “Come Back Mister” (2016), Bring It On, Ghost” (2016), “W” (2016), “Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo” (2016-2017) and “Tunnel” (2017).
