As Charlie Verducci in the classic Married...With Children episode where Al can't remember the name of a song (hmm hmm hiiim) and he invites Charlie and his son Vinnie (a near pre-pubescent Matt Leblanc ) over much to Peggy's chagrin. This episode spawned the short-lived Top Of The Heap show with Bologna, Leblanc and an absolutely delicious joey Lauren Adams. Good times all around

I have to admit I don't remember that episode, although I loved that show as a kid.
My pick would be King Kaiser in My Favourite Year. He's hilarious opposite the wonderful Peter O'Toole.. clip
