To paraphrase the Oracle’s quote about love: No one can tell you why someone’s death marks the end of an era; but, you just know it. Through and through. Balls to bones.
She was a Hollywood Legend and an American Icon. But, I think her greatest asset was that she always seemed like a down-to-earth who was a hoot to be around.
