How to fetch Tv episode with number 0?

It seems like API doesn't allow to fetch episode info which number is zero:
Call to https://api.themoviedb.org/3/tv/3329/season/1/episode/0 results in 404 Not Found
But this episode exists on site - https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/3329-australia-s-next-top-model/season/1/episode/0

"0" isn't a valid number for an episode.
This episode has been moved to the specials season where it belong.
If you find other episodes of this type, feel free to report them by creating a content report (Overview -> Report) on the corresponding series page.

https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/2102-simon-simon/season/2/episode/0 so if it's a prelude to a first episode, then it also belongs to the Specials?

This episode is in fact an episode of Magnum, P.I. (first part of a crossover). It has now been removed from "Simon & Simon where it don't belong.
