Discuss Yu Yu Hakusho

Watched the season and it was nice. It catches the spirit of the anime. It felt rushed but still enjoyable for a fan of the animation like myself.

I watched the entire animation long time ago. It was a lot of episodes but I had nothing to do so I binged it every day. It was a crazy show, towards the end single battles lasted over many episodes. The powers gradually increased and stronger and stronger enemies appeared to fight Yusuke. I remember it was very enjoyable and entertaining, although I don't remember much details now. Live show was a fresh look for me, and I have to say that the first episode was quite disappointing. It looked very staged, the characters seemed confusing, the story moved too fast and the first fight was too long and boring. However, I gave it a chance and the show improved a lot from the second episode, it became very entertaining to watch and the characters become rounded and clear.

I think this show is not appreciated enough, it deserves more exposure. It has absolutely great fights, the choreography is so good that it clearly shows even the smallest nuances of the fighting styles. That was some very good job designing the visuals of the fights and how to show something so superhuman in most realistic way. Really hope to see more seasons of that,
