He played the prosecutor type in Kirk's jail cell. The guy who turns out to be from the future as well. I wondered who the heck he was. Never saw him on TV before or after or outside of this. Turns out he was in the film "In the heat of the night". In an old posting of mine someone told me something like they could not afford any extras for this ep but this ep had him as guest star plus plenty of extras, etc!

I remembered him more from The Andromeda Strain. (The great original movie, not the awful "reboot.")
He's kinda like some others who you can easily recognize from their voice, such as Katherine "Natira" Woodville, also in an episode of "Kolchak: The Night Stalker." ("Primal Scream.") Don't even have to be in the same room as the screen to know it's her.

This guy did a lot not seen anymore. A soap opera. The Quaker Oats fellow in what--commercials in the early 60s.
Speaking of Kate Woodville she of course is in blooper from ST. It is so very, very sad there were not bloopers of all ST guests like Julie Parrish and Barbara Luna. She ( Kate)was extra good to view in The Night Stalker.
