Mr. Mallard demotes Benson due to Mordecai and Rigby slacking off on his time. Mordecai and Rigby teach Benson to enjoy having the ability to slack of but teach him too well which ends up with Benson getting fired and the replacement manager turning the other employees into clones of herself. It's upto Benson to save the park from the new manager.
