Carolyn had never bought before, but Paul had previously owned in Sheffield so was wary of London prices and more cautious than Carolyn. And in 2014, Anna and Graeme had viewed over 50 properties in southwest Yorkshire but were being held back by Graeme's cautious approach. He'd previously lost money on a property and Anna was finding it difficult to help give him the confidence to take the leap once more.
