Poof comes into existence when Cosmo and Wanda decide to have a child of their own, and Timmy wishes it so. However, because the fairy baby's magic is developing and uncontrollable, villains called the anti-fairies and pixies seek to steal the fairy baby so they can take over the fairies' home, Fairy World.

Timmy's preperations for the party of the year are interrupted by his mother who wants to spend some quality time with him. He then sneaks away every chance he gets to get the party ready.

When Poof's anti-fairy counterpart, Foop, is born, it is up to Poof to save his loved ones and Fairy World from him.

Fairy World's magic is shut down when Mr. Crocker is hypnotized into no longer believing in fairies.

Mr. Crocker suspects that Timmy's Dad is a fairy when Timmy and his fairies help him with his magic

Cosmo's brother, Schnozmo, comes to visit, claiming to be a secret agent But when he turns out to be nothing but a con man, Wanda makes him take part in a real spy adventure to spare Cosmo's feelings.

Foop escapes from prison seeking revenge on Poof.

Poof has the contageous Chicken Poofs disease that turns him into a chicken, and everyone he sneazes on turns into chickens as well. He then flees from the hospital, and Timmy and Cosmo try to catch him before he infects all of Dimmsdale while Wanda and Dr. Rip Studwell search for a cure.

Crocker captures Cosmo, mistaking him for a leperchaun, and Cosmo then steals a pot of gold from a clan of real leperchauns to buy his freedom. The clan then holds Wanda and Poof hostage until Cosmo and Timmy replace it.

Poof is upset his parents want him to take the lead role in the school play, but he quickly changes his mind after his new crush, Goldie Goldenglow gets the female lead role, but to get the role, he has to beat his archnemesis Foop, who also fell for Goldie.

After mysterious monster appearences of monsters on Dimmsdale, Crocker starts a webshow to comment it, and asks for viewers to call if they see a monster. Unfortunately, Timmy wishes for them, Dad calls Crocker everynight and he gets a freepass to film the fairies.

Doug Dimmadome selects the Turners to go on a space mission, but it turns out it was really Dark Laser in disguise with an elaborate plan to take revenge on Timmy and trap the Turners in a space zoo on his Death Ball.

After Mr. Turner gets lost while looking for their hotel and land on a deserted island, he struggles to make a boat to save his family, and to prove his masculinity he doesn't let anyone help him. Timmy wishes for relaxation items, (hammock,Ipod,Club sandwiches,etc).Meanwhile, Poof finds a nuclear bomb in the sand and Cosmo activates it, putting the Turners' life at risk.

When Mr. Turner reveals he dropped off school at 5th grade, he attempts to graduate from Dimmsdale Elementary School to make his son proud.

Timmy adopts a mischievous and magical fairy dog named Sparky. However, owning a fairy dog proves to be a much bigger challenge than Timmy could have ever predicted.

Dad refuses to sell Sparky to his boss so he makes Dad's life miserable at work. Timmy and Sparky hatch a plan.

After making a deal with Dad, Crocker becomes best friends with Dinkleberg.

When Poof has trouble falling asleep, Wanda tries to help by reading him a book of classic fairy tales.

In order to make Timmy and his family miserable, Foop replaces Sparky with the Anti-Sparky. He then decides to make all of Dimmsdale unhappy by replacing all pets with an evil pet. Timmy and his fairies must save Dimmsdale.

Jorgen starts a fairy old person program and assigns Poof to Mrs. Crocker.
