Reported Problem Doctor Who Network removed

Hello there,
I noticed recently that BBC was removed as the network , I know there is change soon where it will no longer be produced by BBC but will still be airing on BBC.
Was checking what the reason for the removal ?

There's no record of the network being deleted but it was indeed missing. It's been re-added to every series.
I deleted Series 14 a few days and that's the only thing I can think of that might've caused the network to disappear. I don't think that should've happen so I've reported it internally.
EDIT: We recently changed how networks are handled and moved them so each season (or series if you're in the UK) has a network instead of adding it to the entire show. BBC One should've been automatically added to every season but it looks like it wasn't. A user prematurely created Series 14 and added BBC One as the network for the series so once Series 14 was deleted, the show was left without a network.
