As a viewer, I hope so. The Tim storyline and the Happy marrying Walter to keep him in the country (and now we have to fool the officer looking into its legitimacy) storylines really tried my patience.
I hope they ditch the romantic storylines and focus on the action and missions. Wonder what will happen with Paige and Tim. I think they'll either have him get killed in action offscreen, or have him stay overseas permanently to finish his storyline.
I think killing Tim off would be a bad move. It would throw Paige into a depression that Walter clearly can't realistically get her out of. Plus, she would likely revert back to blaming Walter for Tim leaving.
My prediction was right, in last week's episode Paige said that Tim would be taking a job overseas for about 8 months and they hinted pretty strongly that they had broken up. Not surprised, they had to figure out a way to write him out sooner or later.
