We always try to follow the original network. The episodes are split into two groups on the BBC website, however the announcements for the next season calls it the fourth season:

I propose using an episode group for now, and revisiting the issue when the next season is released.

News have landed on the BBC site : https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p0260ych/episodes/guide
They are calling the 2020 season that has just started as "Series 4". So, "Nepal Tour" and "Nigeria, Belize and Bangladesh Tours" can only be 2 parts of the same Season 3.
