There was a lot of foreshadowing going on during the episode...but, then, I thought the same thing about Roman.
Truth is, I don't she will be as lucky as he.

she'll survive, I reckon if she dies then that would have been the episode ending cliffhanger. Continuation means survival. Though if she was killed off it wouldn't make much difference in my view, she's been a bit superfluous recently.
