In between sleepless nights spent on this thesis, Jonathan meets Natalie, who unbeknownst to her, unlocks the hidden answer that’s been haunting him for months, taking him down a road he never expected and will never come back from.

Unable to convince Professor Baker of his "end of the world" theory, Jonathan takes matters into his own hands. With the help of Natalie, he turns to unconventional and unadvisable tactics with unproven data, and quickly realizes how quickly fear can, and will, infect everything it touches.

Jonathan, consumed by his overnight fame, is miraculously connected with a plan for survival, but it might not include the ones he loves most. With the world now against him, he turns to his father’s liquor stash, which adds more and more distance between him and his loved ones.
