A weird wrestler known as Titanic Twist with two arms on one side is terrorizing wresting matches.

The International Putt-Putt Contest is treated by its own 18-th hole--and MONSTER-style Clown--but that is good and bad news for Mystery Inc. on the screen. The bad news, the genius of the gang, Velma, has a clown phobia--but good news is that Norville "Shaggy" Rogers is ACTING BRAVE! Holy reservals, Scooby-Doo! Can the gang solve the mystery and get the regular Velma and Shaggy back?

Once again, the gang visits the Secret Six puppies but come to discover that a Gold Monster is haunting Fort Knox. Meanwhile, Shaggy and Scooby do everything in their power to keep the Gold Ade factory open.
