They're German since this is a German show and the Original Title is "Babylon Berlin".

So should all the images be re-uploaded in english then? Since the spelling is the exact same in german and english (wasn't aware of this before posting, tmyk)

No. If the translated title of a show or movie is the same as the original title, all clean images should be set to the original language and no duplicates are allowed for other languages.

Take The Young Pope for example:

  • the original language is Italian and the title used in Italy is "The Young Pope" so all images using only "The Young Pope" (like this one) should be set to Italian
  • if an image uses the original title but has a tagline and/or distributor/network logo, it's added to the language corresponding to the country where the tagline is used / where the distributor/network is from:
    • this poster uses the original title but has an English-language tagline so it's set to English
    • this poster uses the original title but has an English-language tagline and an HBO (the US network for the show) logo so it's also set to English

Hopefully these examples help you understand. Also please read the Image Guidelines since there's more guidelines there for different kinds of images (posters, backdrops, profiles, and logos).
