Iirc The official english release (on crunchyroll or wherever had dibs on first release) uses all caps. If its the Japanese title. It is because the official site uses that as the primary way to name it that matches with the title in the opening, ya know.

Hmm. Still doesn't seem consistent with how it's displayed on pretty much all other platforms though. I do see that Amazon has the title in all caps. But shouldn't consistency across the web be considered as a big factor here? Thanks for your insight though :)

There is a stupid trend to go all out with caps for simulcasts but the titles are usually the choice of the owner (Japan) so it does make sense to respect that decision (ex. "HAKYUU HOSHIN ENGI" lol).
