How was this episode broadcasted ? Were the 2 parts broadcasted on 2 separate dates as indicated here ?

It's released on different dates. However, putting Episode 240 Part 2 on Episode no. 241 will disturb the renaming episodes numbers as many of people uses tmdb episode no and servers data from that like me via APIs and it will totally disturb the way as we get episodes via numbers.

If the 2 parts have been broadcasted on 2 different dates, they SHOULD be listed here as 2 different episodes.
