The Railway Corporation asks ICAC to carry out investigation on their Freight Section because they suspect that their staffs are illegally utilizing the empty railway compartment for smuggling. The freight transportation system will be computerized in one month’s time and all evidence will be destroyed by then. ICAC investigators therefore try to infiltrate into the Freight Section to carry out investigation and the main suspect is the Manager LEUNG CHI KIN. KIN appears to be a good boss and he is having a good relationship with his wife LI YUE KUEN. KIN is eventually arrested and KUEN also discovers that he has been committing adultery.
