OK, from all I could read about this, I don't see more than 38 episodes mentioned. IMDB only shows 13 episodes, so it must not be up to date.

You caught something there that I completely missed. I didn't pay any attention to the kid, and I should have. They showed a close up of his face at uncle Ferit's house. That usually indicates they have some importance or significance but I didn't think of it at the time. I remember the kid poking him, asking if he had been shot, and the blond lady sending him off. Yes that was the same blond who couldn't open the jam. So, is that kid Ferit's grandson? That would mean his daughter must have been married to one of the bad guy's kids, or the bad blond lady's kids. Interesting connection.

Right, we don't know for sure what killed fat old Cem. Perhaps the blond lady thought he was a liability or she didn't really like him all that much, or didn't like playing nursemaid, and maybe she did him in herself, and then dumped his body out there. She wouldn't want her grandson telling anyone "there is a man in my house getting over a gunshot wound".

Spyware doesn't generally care about what pictures or videos you watch or stuff like that. It usually wants to know things like what websites you visit, what clothes you view at online stores, the information you look up, etc. They mine every piece of data they can find and then sell it to advertisers so they can tailor their ads to the people most likely to be interested in them. The thing about them is they slow down your system because they use your memory, your RAM. They are stealthy, secret, programs running in the background that hijack your computer's memory , tie it up running their software, so there is less memory available for you to use. If you get a lot of these things running it can really slow down your computer. Spyware, malware, the distinctions are not that clear, they overlap, and most of them attack Windows systems. You need a good anti spyware program or two on your computer, and you should run them at regular intervals.

Ep 7/8 Spoilers

Right - I didn't know that - I am not scientifically minded - my computer is very slow - I wondered why. Can you suggest a good anti spyware program - I wouldn't know where to start. With regard to 46 - I am on ep 8 now - and the hard faced blonde and Uncle were married - it is their daughter's son. But I don't know who her husband is or was. They have not made it clear what Uncles ex wife's (Yildiz?) relationship was with Fatboy Cem. Maybe he was just a colleague - but she was certainly either his wife or his boss - and she is certainly part of the organ theft ring - furthermore she has had something to do with Eso's coma. Their daughter (her name is something like Fundul) has had an affair with Vulture - she is crazy - she phones him up and says why are you bothering me - she tells him don't come to the house if I am here - like how is he supposed to know? - she blames him for an abortion she had which he never demanded - she has a panic attack and gets taken to hospital ( gee - come here - they take two hours to respond to a heart attack victim and when you get there - there are no beds so you wait in the corridor or the ambulance for another four hours) she demands that Vulture stays with her (after telling him to leave her alone) and when he has to go she gives him a right ear-bashing. Vulture - you are better off without her - even with that black hole where your dreams should be - she is a nightmare!) Meanwhile Hyde Murat has taken exception to a fellow lecturers treatment of his student (whom he is dating) in a pub and guess what - he ends up in the boot of that horrid car. I really don't like it - it is clumsy and ostentatious and chunky. Hyde Murat decides to bury him in his garden ( as you do) makes a hash of it and that is why he calls Vulture from the virago's side. Vulture and Uncle get rid of it as Murat flirts with Ceydah and eventually beds her. I don't know why people bury corpses - it would be much more efficient to do a Dexter on them and dispose of them in water which would destroy most of the evidence. Hyde Murat has also killed a guy who was captured by Yildiz's henchmen - who said he killed his father - but he still doesn't know who hired him. Ceyda is discouraging Balinese nurse who still tries to seduce him - but he turns her down. We hear the blonde police womans story - honestly - who cares - but she has found out from the footage that Doggone was the paper warnings writer. Again - sigh - this is just padding. Where are you at?

I am behind you now so I will read the rest of your post after I catch up. I am slowly going through episode 6 and making notes. I noticed that you were right about Yildiz's grandson being Ferit's grandson.

There are some very good, free, anti spyware and anti malware programs available. I will share some links to the download sites for some. On this first one, be sure to click the one which says "Download Free Edition". There is also a link for a "free download" or a "free trial" of the paid version. The free edition is quite good. Usually the difference with the one for sale is mainly that it gives you 'real time' or constant protection. With the free one, you have to run it yourself every so often. SuperAntiSpyWare runs really quickly though, so it is easy to run it everyday if you want to.

https://www.superantispyware.com/download.html

MalWareBytes is another one which gets great reviews. The following page has a link to download the free version. You will see it on the left. There are two paid versions on the right. It also runs very fast, generally speaking. If your computer has a lot of files on it, a lot of programs, etc. then it may take several minutes to run. But it is still pretty fast, and it catches a lot of stuff.

https://www.malwarebytes.com/pricing/

You will get an alert to updates for them, and they are free also. They frequently give you updates which look for and remove new threats, new spyware and malware software.

There is one more free program you should run. It is called C Cleaner. It will clean out the temporary files and other junk you don't need, stuff that bogs down the system. https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download

AFTER YOU CLEAN all that junk, you should DEFRAG your computer. Here is the process for doing that on Windows 10

https://www.windowscentral.com/why-and-how-defragment-your-pcs-hard-drive-windows-10

It's a good idea to invest in a paid anti-virus package. You can read the reviews yourself and compare. AVAST is usually rated best or second best every year. But read up on them and talk to computer geeks you may know in your area also, see what others say.

OK, back to the show. I will post more later.

Thanks for all that info - I currently use Norton Antivirus - but I don't know if that includes anti spyware.

update - do you think maybe we should start a new thread after this series is done?

Sure. I checked to see if we could start one on this show but TMDB didn't list it. We can find another Turkish show though and probably won't get to many other people jumping into the thread, getting upset over our views.

Norton is good. I have not checked them in a long time but I am sure they have good antispyware. No single program gets everything so running these free ones in addition to whatever Norton has is still a good idea. Since they don't give full time protection (unless you pay for it) they won't interfere with Norton.

Where you could run into problems is when you try to run two different full time antivirus programs at the same time. They tend to view each other as viruses and they conflict.

But even if you only run Norton (and you should be well protected with it against viruses), you should still defragment your computer regularly. Defragging your drive will speed up your computer. Clean it, either with CCleaner or the Windows disc cleaning utility, and then defrag it. Do those AFTER you run your antivirus and anti spyware programs.

When you get rid of those unwanted programs, and junk files, you leave spaces on your hard drive. Also, sometimes when writing files to the drive, the computer will put part of a file in one section, and another part in an empty space in another section. Then when it needs to read that file, it has to jump from here to there on the disc, which takes much longer. Defragging lets the computer rewrite those files, moving the different pieces of them to the same area, so it is much easier and faster to read the file. Defragging can really speed things up. It might not be as much of an issue on Windows 10. I think some aspects of it are automated. But read that article on defragging windows 10 to be sure you are set up so it does it on a regular basis.

You should also get a USB flashdrive and run the backup utility from time to time. That way if your drive crashes, you will still have a copy of your family photos and documents and whatever else you store on your computer.

OK, enough about that for now. Ask me if I confused you with any of that.

Ceyla is happy and carefree in the morning, still the drugged girl I guess.

Selin calls Murat but he doesn't answer, still in bed with Ceyla. Dogan lies and takes credit for killing the man who assaulted Selin. Stupid. Ballistics will show he didn't shoot him. Doesn't Dogan wonder who shot the man?

Selin starts thinking about things now and wonders why Dogan was following her. He screws up and blurts out that he isn't jealous of Murat! HA. Selin says, no I wasn't implying that. Then Dogan says something about worrying about the business from her last operation. Selin accepts this and says she must rest (and put some distance between her and Mr. Creepy head) and goes to her room.

Undrugged Ceyla now wakes up and wonders what she has done. She is ashamed that she dressed as she did, and came on to Murat, etc. She apologizes and explains that it was very uncharacteristic of her to act that way. And she has trouble recalling what she did. She will probably recall what that fired doctor told her about Murat's memory loss from the drug use and figure out that is why. Not too hard to put 2 and 2 together there. She does, and she admits she stole some of the drug and took it herself. Murat is pissed; he made it for Ezo. He only tests it to make sure it won't kill her, he tells her. Very scientific she sarcastically tells him. She says she took it because she wanted to see her father again, like at the ritual, but she saw her mother instead. Murat can kind of understand this, and his reaction softens somewhat.

Dogan is really creepy. He has some fantasy about playing house with Selin. But she got up early and went out on her own to talk to the guy at the stationery store to find out who bought the paper used to make the notes she received. Dogan was really an idiot to buy stationery for those notes. Why not use normal office paper, the stuff sold everywhere so it couldn't be tracked? Was he trying to be romantic? to frighten her with threatening notes on nice paper? He should call Moron and the two of them could put together a manual for losers who chase hot looking women. Dogan is worried now (I'm fucked, I'm fucked, I'm fucked) and rushes out to see if he can get to the store before she finds out anything. But I think he will be busted soon. Selin uses an implied threat to get him to willingly show her the security video without a warrant. She gets a copy on a flashdrive and leaves before Dogan can get there.

Salim is upset and tells Murat he saw Fuson at uncle Ferit's house. I am guessing they must have had a thing in the past. They have some sort of history because she told him never to come over again if she were there. (How the hell would he know unless she phoned ahead and told him? That's like saying "never go anywhere, because I might be there and I don't want to see you". She needs to come to her senses). Murat just acted like an ass to his life long friend and helper. This is not a good change to his personality. Uncle Ferit comes over. Murat tells him Ceyla took the drug and came over for sex, then regretted it this morning. Ferit asks how dinner with Selin went, and Murat realizes he doesn't recall having dinner with her, he only remembers waking up in the bushes and going home, but he hides the fact of his amnesia from his uncle. He still thinks he has things under control, even though he knows he blacks out and does things.

YOU WERE RIGHT ABOUT THE KID. Ferit tells Murat "I have to drop Fuson off at Yildiz's." So Fuson is probably his daughter (I think girls' names end in "n", and guys' names end in "m", when they end in one of those letters). I'm trying to get these names straight. Ferit says Fuson is not good, but his grandson is great though."

He promised Ferit he was done taking the drug, but then he sees on his phone that Selin has called him several times, and he now knows he was supposed to have dinner with her the night before and has no memory of it. Now he considers taking the drug again so he can remember? I think that was the gist of that scene where he looks at the phone record, and then at the drug. ......Now we see him convulsing on the floor. I don't know if this means he took the drug, or if he is simply having a flashback, a relapse or something.

This is a criticism I have of this show. We are not given an explanation of what is happening here. Will this be explained later? Sometimes the writers want to peak our interest by these mysterious scenes. But if they do that, they are obligated to explain them shortly thereafter. Otherwise they merely confuse and frustrate the viewer.

Anyway, Hyde is back now whether on his own or because he took the drug. And I think Salim can tell. Murat calls him Alfred. I think Salim thought he would have been Robin in the Batman metaphor. LOL Murat explains what happened the night before. He theorizes that adrenaline might neutralize the effects of the drug, based on how he reacted to facing the business end of a pistol the night before. Murat woke up and ran away after that, knowing nothing of what had just happened. He tells Salim that he needs the drug and his two personalities are working together better now.

Salim tells him it freaks him out to hear him speak of himself as two people. He says he won't cover for him again. Murat or Hyde negotiates: "I'll hook you up with Fuson" he tells him. Salim doesn't go for it.

Selin comes to work and says she is going to look at the video footage. Dogan puts it off by telling her she has to meet with her old boss. He finds out where she put the copy of the video feed, planning to steal it.

The cop who came to talk to Murat was a bit of an ass, I thought. He showed up without calling for an appointment, and then complained that Murat didn't drop everything to talk to him. "I'm on duty" he hautily told the girl. She should have told him "and he is on duty treating sick patients and saving their lives, not eating donuts to fatten his ass. Wait your turn."

Was Ferit previously married to Yildiz? Fuson speaks to Yildiz as though she is her daughter, and she mentions Ferit in familiar terms. It sounds and feels like they were married and Fuson is their daughter. 'They're still not speaking. It's been years. Do it for the sake of the grandson', etc. Sounds like a divorced couple to me.

Wait, the grandson is also named Ferit, named after his granddad. That happens, but it makes it confusing. Salim asks Fuson 'what did I ever do to you?' and she says "You don't have to do anything. I don't want to see you." He says, "I got that, but why?"Fuson: "Do you want me to talk about my father?" Salim says "No. He doesn't know a thing. I couldn't look him in the face."

So it sounds like Salim is the father of the kid, Ferit. Is that the way you read that? What happened? Was it a drunken one night stand? Were they a secret couple that uncle Ferit doesn't know about? OK, she left her husband and they hooked up for a while. She got pregnant and got an abortion, but Salim didn't want it, she did. Still she tells him she is a murderer because of him. WHAT??? How the hell does she say that? He didn't want her to have the abortion. How can she blame him for it? He didn't rape her, it was consensual. Fuson is a psycho bitch. Salim is crazy for wanting to be with her. Fuson sounds like my ex wife. She insisted on getting an abortion when we were dating. Later she blamed me, saying I should have known that she really wanted to have the child! I am serious. That really happened. And that's not all. We broke up for a while. Later we got back together, and then got married. Then one day she told me I had ruined her life, that she would have been fine if I had never gotten back together with her.

After we divorced she tried to see if I wanted to give it another try. I never got back in touch with her. HELL NO was what I thought. I was not about to put myself through that again. I know she had mood disorder problems (in addition to God knows what else they would call her malfunctions). One day I suggested she might be depressed. She turned suddenly toward me and shouted "And whose fault is that?" She gave me the evil eye because it was raining one day.

Fuson sounds nuts. Salim is crazy if he tries to get together with her. I was thinking little Ferit was his bastard, but I was wrong about that.

Hyde calls Selin but she doesn't answer. She has been temporarily won over by Dogan, the lying creep. Selin checks the video feed while at her house while Dogan cooks at his place. Hyde goes to meet the guys who promise to give him his dad's killer. Selin sees Dogan in the video. wearing the same outfit he wore the night she saw him drop off the note. He calls her, but she begs off dinner saying she is exhausted and going to bed. She can't believe that Dogan is the one who drove her crazy with those notes. Because of him, she contacted that girl in Istanbul, and that girl began asking about her in the street. That is probably what tipped off the gang there that she was still alive, and what got that girl killed. And it was because Dogan had that stupid plan to drive her into his home.

Dogan knows he is busted so he calls back and says don't forget you are alive because of me. She asks why he did it. He says they will talk tomorrow. Dogan gets angry when frustrated.

Murat asks the man why he killed; for money he says.

still getting used to the keyboard on this new laptop. I keep putting my hands in the wrong home position and typing jibberish

Oh you do that as well do you!! It's because of the numbers on the right hand side I think - they take up about a third of the keyboard - I feel very scrunched up when I am typing. Well I am just starting ep 10 - and you are a few behind me - so I wont say anything much. If you remember I made a comment in the first few episodes that Salim was more or less Alfred to Murat's batman - but greyhair isn't really Robin material !! What happened to Robin I wonder - he only seems to exist in the old tv series. I am not sure about Selim's relationship with Fulsun - the child isn't his - I don't know what happened with the child's father - I don't think they have gone into that at all. It's been an easy trip for Eso so far - I bet her script was the thinnest of the lot!! I like the actor who plays Murat/Beserk - he seems to have a good sense of humour - there is one scene where he is in his very short robe and nothing else - and he is running down the road clutching his vitals!! We actually see him shower in this series too !! They are leaving it very late with regard to Eso which is what the whole series is supposed to be about - it seems to have gotten lost in the criminal elements of the story. Your ex sounds as if she may be bi-polar - you must have had a difficult time with her. You were wise not to try and give it another go - in my experience people don't change. A lot of women expect men to know instinctively how they feel - they don't realise that men need more than signals to understand what they want - men need words. Thanks for all the tips and links - It took me ages to figure out how to change my browser default setting to Edge - It was I.E. on Norton - I think because Norton has only recently supported Edge. Let me know when you catch up. Geez - it's 10.30pm already - I take ages to type these posts. By the way - I looked at the black panel on the left hand side of the screen and it said something like "make private" so I don't think people can see my posts. I may be mistaken though - that's why I put TC at the beginning if somebody has joined the conversation.

I want to test a theory on the make private action over there on the left, in the black. Go to the link below. I have started a new discussion.

I want you to post a comment in that discussion. Then I am going to click make private. Then I will post a reply. I want to make sure we can still see each other's replies. My theory is that once you click make private, only the people who have already submitted comments in that discussion can see and participate in it. So let's try it and see

7 and 8

Sometimes the Hyde character is calm, together, intelligent, perceptive, and easily passes for a sober, reasonable man. Other times he seems like he is higher than a kite, on laughing gas. His laugh is crazy, and everything is funny to him. In that state he is incapable of functioning in normal social situations. The only place he can go without raising eyebrows is a club where people are drunk.

Hyde talked to Dogan and really pissed him off, eh? Dogan can't even tell the truth to himself, it seems. He sure can't tell it to Hyde. Hyde asks him if he likes Selin, and Dogan tells him no, he has other reasons for wanting her to see him as her hero, the man who saved her life. I don't get this character. At first he seemed like a slightly reserved but rational detective. But after Selin arrived he went bonkers. A svelte, attractive female shows up, and he began to manifest some creepy, unattractive qualities. He is a manipulative, lying, stalker. He threatened to kill Hyde. Hyde told him he couldn't do it, that if he could, he would have killed the man who attacked Selin. Hyde doesn't seem to have the normal kind of fear, the kind that keeps you alive.

The withdrawals he goes through are horrible. That drug needs a lot of work.

Fuson is crazy. She calls him and says "what are you doing? I told you to leave me alone." Did Hyde text her from Salim's phone? Or is she just insane? Looks like she has panic attacks or something. Yeah they just said panic attack. But why is she calling him and saying leave me alone. He wasn't doing anything to her. Then at the hospital she seemed to like his presence there. Then she tells him she hates him, but won't let go of his hand. She is an enigma. Now she doesn't want him to leave after telling him repeatedly that she can't stand looking at him and hates him. Salim needs to write that one off; there is no way to deal with a woman like that. (I have now read your post with the spoilers and notice you said much the same thing; and also the same as I said elsewhere about how she blamed him for making her a murderer. He didn't want the abortion, she did. So how is she blaming him? She is a nutcase. )

Murat is freaking out now. He just found a body in the trunk. He has to question using that drug now, I would think. He can't risk getting a traffic stop with dead bodies in the car. Now Murat is forced to dig a hole and bury a body in his garden. Hopefully that drug won't make it grow a dead body tree, little dead bodies budding out every spring..... He sure didn't bury him very deep. Wild animals will smell it and dig it up.

What an easy role for Sule, no lines to learn. Just opens her eyes and closes them again. Very easy part.

Did Dogan ever offer Selin an explanation for why he sent those notes to her? He claimed he had a reason, and he said he would tell her what it was the next day. Did I miss something? Did he ever tell her something, anything? If he did then I missed it. I am thinking that was just another lie, saying he had a reason for sending the notes. As far as I can tell, the only motive he had for sending those notes was to get her frightened enough to turn to him for protection and move into his house. Do you know of any other explanation? Did he offer one?

As far as Fuson's husband, I know they got divorced, but I didn't hear anything else about him. I guess he is off doing his own thing now. As crazy as Fuson is, I dont' imagine he wants to come anywhere near her if he can help it.

I am getting fed up with Hyde and his rudeness, his crazy laugh, his cruelty to his friend and his uncle, and his general disregard for everyone else. He is more selfish than Moron, and that is saying a lot. He doesn't simply lack tact, he views others with contempt. If there was an upside to the drug, I think it is gone now. The original brew seemed to have some benefit, but the drug he made out of it brings out the worst in Murat. I am really sick of his weird laugh.

I went back and read your post with the spoilers for 7 and 8. It looks like we had the same thoughts about Fuson aka Fundol. She has so many screws loose she is falling apart. Salim needs to run back to Nazli, better to date the finger cutter killer than this nutjob.

I've seen Salim and Uncle Ferit finish burying the body Murat couldn't get done. I don't know what the worry was about. Did he think Ceyla could see all the way back there in the dark, and then down in the ground to see the dead body there? And after uncle convinced him that he needed to do the drug once more so he could find out what was going on with Selin, he promptly turned into a first class asshole. He ridiculed Salim telling him how pathetic he is to come running whenever he calls him, basically calling him a fool. And he accused both of them of being evil because they buried a body in the garden, though they did so to protect him from discovery. Every time this jackass takes that drug he seems to get worse. And as I mentioned, I hate that laugh. Now he is off to a bar to meet with Selin, and if he can stick with the plan he will find out what the cops think about his involvement in stuff, if anything. And hopefully, he will remember to write a long letter to himself again so he won't be clueless when he wakes up as Murat again.

Which makes me wonder what kind of shape Ezo will be in once she finally wakes up from her nap. She has had about the same amount of drug that he has had, but with no conscious intervals. She might have laser beams shooting out of her eyes by the time she wakes up. Her hair might change colors all on its own.

Dogan. He put the gun under his chin, and he still couldn't take the shot.

Uncle Ferit and Salim said they would stay with him the whole time if he took the drug, but they didn't go to the club to watch him. Why not?

Dogan finally got the nerve to pull the trigger, and he shot an unarmed man. But I would have to agree with his decision in that case. The guy told him about 3 different times that he was going to kill them, so Dogan was probably smart to shoot him then.

That late friend of mine told me about rounding up some heroin dealers in Chicago back in the 60s. He was in a special unit, not official government though there were some cops in the unit. Nixon had declared a 'war on drugs' and he wasn't kidding. They went in wearing masks. The guy he had hold of looked at him, and he knew the guy recognized him even with his mask. The guy stared at him and told him "I'm going to kill you". He knew that he meant it. So he shot him in the head. A Lt. was startled, and asked him "what did you shoot him for?" He said "he needed to be shot". He said "Oh, OK". I always thought that was a funny story. It was the way the guy said "Oh, OK". My friend said he knew he was going to wind up having to kill this guy eventually anyway and figured he would just get it over with.

Hyde made a video tape for Murat this time after making a bunch of balloon head people at the dinner table. Too bad Salim didn't follow along and at least watch him from a distance while he was on the drug, as they talked about him doing.

Hyde and Murat drive that old black cadillac. That style looks like something from the 1970s. They still had remnants of the tail fins cars used to have in the 50s and 60s, though they were not as severe as the old style. I didn't like those 70s cars even when they were new. They did have great big trunks though, or what you call boots. I imagine Hyde could fit 3 bodies in there easily.

I can 't recall Dogan telling Selin why he sent her those notes beyond the fact he was trying to protect her -the guy isn't all that bright - with regard to the paper why did he not just go into the shop as normal and buy it - why wear the hooded outfit? Had he done so there would have been no suspicion attached to him - but then she wouldn't have found out the truth via a convenient full face shot. Anyway - she has to excuse him because he is tortured - he has a terrible secret which she has encouraged him to blurt. Why people think the truth will set you free I have no idea - it is more likely to destroy you or put you in prison. Beggar the truth - somebody says would you prefer to live happily with the lie 0r unhappily with the truth - it depends on circumstance and there are far too many to go into of course. In his case I would have told him to keep his mouth shut. I can be very cold for a woman - and honestly - I think your friend made the right decision - had that guy lived he would have been a constant source of danger to your friend and everybody else - he did the right thing - the only thing. Ezo? I think you will feel the same way as me when she wakes up - the circumstances are so convenient - she is alone for a start because just at that very moment the nurse decides to empty her bladder. I wont say any more - I think my disbelief is correct but you know more than I do about this kind of thing so I await your comments.

9, 10, 11, and so on

I kept falling asleep, waking up, having to go back and see what I missed, and repeating sporadically through the night. Anyway, Ezo has walked, Murat has been hypnotized, Ferit's man has set it up so it seems the organ gang blackmailed Murat so he wouldn't go to the police and cleared them all, for now at least. As soon as Murat decides to take the drug again, who knows what mess he will create. Salim had to stay behind because of Murat again and Fundoll slapped him, and is crying to her mother that she loves him. So that explains her irrational behavior. Still, I would not go with her. She can act that way when she loves him. What happens when she starts getting tired of him?

Selin will protect Dogan this time, arriving to visit as the killer goes to work with a pillow and Dogan fights back. Killer Alper is caught.

Murat calls Salim away again. When is he going to tell Murat to go screw himself? He isn't implicated in anything anyway. Murat's family adopted him when he was orphaned, so he feels he owes Murat, but that debt was paid in full a long, long time ago. Is Murat going to attack Dogan during the transfer using the killer's car? He just can't keep from screwing things up each time they get him clear of things. What a jackass.

And why don't the police have a heavily armed escort traveling with Dogan's transfer? Why would they trust Murat? Looks like he is planning something against the captured killer. Does he want to interrogate him himself? He forces a wreck and grabs the captured killer, still handcuffed. That was beyond the bounds of credibility. Murat, or Hyde, grabbed Alper. What if that police car had had on board cameras? Hyde is so reckless he would have been caught many times by now. When Dogan learns he was taken to Murat's hospital, I doubt he feels safer. He doesn't trust Murat despite the flash drive evidence.

The organ gang doesn't know who took Alper, but they are more determined than ever to kill Dogan now. Hyde takes Alper to some house to talk, and probaby to kill afterward. He gets the names Alton Demicir and Semih from him.

Yildiz talks to Altan Demicir about Murat. Altan demands to know everything he does.

Murat tells Altan he is going to kill him. Altan tells him Yildiz was involved in killing his father somehow. Meanwhile Ferit comes to talk to Yildiz. Ahd Fundoll tells Salim her mother approves of them as a couple. Now she tells him she is sweet on him and forgives him (of all the shit she falsely accused him of, I suppose). Hyde turns back into Murat and he remembers everything.

Ferit thinks the designer drug made Murat accuse Yildiz falsely. He sends them away for safekeeping so Murat cannot harm them. Ceyla comes to wake him from his stupor. Murat is depressed over the evil that Hyde has done and he remembers now. Murat passes out again, after telling Ceyla he killed her father.

Ferit and Salim really dug themselves into a hole. They should have called the police the moment they realized Hyde committed a crime. He would have been not guilty by diminished capacity. Now they will all sink together if Murat clears his conscience by talking.

The organ gang scrambles to destroy incriminating evidence and documents.

Ceyla's mom can't leave the hospital yet, which means Ceyla can't leave yet.

Semih is caught trying to remove Alper's dead body. The cops get there while files burn in the fireplace and they chase Semih into the forest. Nobody is wearing a vest, not smart. But Selin overpowers Semih. Those files would not have burned completely.

Semih can tell that Murat called and threatened to kill Altan. And he knows that Murat has been causing problems for them. He could implicate Murat in stuff. And Dogan wants to talk to him. I know that eventually Dog-on-a-scent is going to find the proof that Murat and Mr. Hyde are guilty of many crimes. The writers would not have him after Murat like a hound dog all this time without a payoff on that part of the plot, not the way they have written things thus far. There is a crime doesn't pay aspect to the story, and Murat has a guilty conscience. He has already said he will confess after Ezo wakes up. It looks to me like they have been setting it up for a long time; Murat will be discovered and he will confess. Will he take Ferit down with him? That would be too bad. Ferit only ever tried to get help for Murat.

This has been the easiest acting part Sule ever landed. I guess she might have a few lines before it is all said and done, but up to this point it has been a cakewalk for her.

I am halfway through episode 12 now. I need to meet my sister at the storage facility in a little while. Anyway, I will have to run some errands but will be back and finish the show this afternoon.

12 and 13

Alton Demicir gives a cryptic order. Semih must be killed he says. Someone will get to him while he is in custody. The organ gang must have someone inside the police force.

Ezo tells Ceyla she is in pain and wants her to take her out of there. Dogan kills the killer who tried to kill Semih.

Murat threatens Ferit "tell me where Yildiz is hiding or you will never see or speak to me again." Woo woo. Like anybody would really miss this asshole. Murat tries to mollify Ceyla but she catches him lying; she can tell when he is lying now.

That is the thing with chronic liars. They feel clever because people who don't lie so readily are easily taken in, at first anyway. But they are blind to the fact that these people eventually learn to read them. Or when they figure out that others know they have lied, they just double down and lie some more. They may even feel they are entitled to have people believe them. They may get angry if they are not believed, and they may use guilt and other manipulations to force people to accept their lies. They may act outraged that others don't believe them, as someone who is telling the truth might do. However, They can only fake being like normal people so far or so long before others see them as they are, and realize how different they are. Still, it is surprising how often and how long they are able to get away with lying to people. Most politicians are chronic liars and they see no reason to change because it is a successful behavior for them. The public is fatigued with the chronic lying by politicians and they largely accept that politicians are liars and that most never keep their promises, and that nothing can be done about it because they are nearly all that way. What a sad state of affairs and an awful commentary on modern life it is that the public realizes this, and sees it as a fact of life, something that can't really be changed. The public doesn't react with moral outrage over the chronic lying. They are resigned to it.

But Murat is busted. Ceyla sees through him. Her illusion of him is shattered. She loved a man who doesn't really exist.

Fundoll has to explain letters to little Ferit. They are like text messages but with paper.

Salim finally tells Murat he isn't coming back, ever. Good. I was waiting for that to happen. Murat is a narcissist. He thinks others should put his needs and desires as their top priorities. Well, Hyde is a narcissist, but Murat is kind of that way also. He is accustomed to being served and having others put him first. Hyde is the narcissistic side of Murat without any humanity or morals whatsoever.

Hyde tells Murat that Ferit and Yildiz must die. And he has something planned for Ceyla, but doesn't say what. The former doctor of Ezo is helping Ceyla with her escape plan. He goes to the hospital and kidnaps Ezo, taking her out the window. Is Murat going to catch him? Apparently not; they climb in his Mercedes and get away.

Murat or Hyde sneaks in to kill Demirci and finds him alone. His dad would not do the illegal transplant operation on Demirci Sr. and he died. So the son killed Murat's dad. Yildiz said she would convince Murat's dad to do the surgery but she couldn't, so he died. The mafia wanted him to do another surgery (Ceyla's father) and threatened to kill his whole family unless he did. So he did. But Altan killed him for refusing to save his dad. Alton is talking to Murat as though he knew he would come there and doesn't expect to die. And there it is. The cop who gave the gun to Murat gave him a dud. Probably removed the firing pin. He should have tested it first. Rookie move. Yildiz sent the cop to give him that gun.

Ezo wakes up and gets out of bed.

Altan has a working gun however.

13

But someone shoots Altan, Selin got there just in time. She and Dogan showed up and Dogan cuffs Murat. Murat will have another chance to lie her way out of it.

Ezo sees the nurse who used to pinch her arm and hurt her. She puts some scissors into her neck. Then she goes after the creepy doctor who had a thing for the coma girl. Now she gets a taxi to go get more revenge I expect.

The frail little girl with the creepy killer smile managed to overpower them She sneaked back into the hospital and fakes being in a coma again. Her EEG monitor ought to be showing that she is awake however. Why don't they see that? Will they find Ezo's fingerprints at the double murder scene? That would be a shocker. Selin still has a thing for the narcissist Hyde. That cannot last though.

Ceyla's mom isn't well, has an infection resistant to treatment. Murat gets into the old black caddy, and Dog on a scent follows him. Ferit has tied up Yildiz after having learned of her role in his brother's demise. Hyde calls Ferit and tells him that his friend Nemici or whatever gave him a dud gun, setting him up. That cop had better be wearing a vest tonight. lol Will Ferit trace this back to Yildiz? He and Hyde put it together. Nemici must have gotten Altan's address from Yildiz, which means she tried to have Murat killed. Now Ferit knows this.

Doggone must have a concussion because he is dizzy and has blurred vision.

Murat is going after Yildiz, I think. He arrives at her hiding place where Ferit has her tied up. Is Doggone still following? That is all that could save her now. And here he comes. How will Murat explain this one? Now Nemci pulls up in his car. He is armed and enters the house just as Doggone wakes up and starts toward the house. He hears Yildiz's screams before Murat shoots her. And in comes Doggone who collapses again, passed out. He has a high fever, not a concussion. Ferit knocks out Murat to save Doggone's life. Cleanup needed!

Ceyla tells Salim the whole story. the kidnapping. the clinic. what Ezo said. Why don't they check the EEG monitor? That would show her brain is active. Ferit did a lousy job burying the bodies. He is exhausted. Salim wants to tell Murat the whole story now. He kicks Ceyla out of Ezo's room. Selin is searching for Dogan now. Can't they trace his phone? Things are falling apart for Ferit and Murat. No way they can keep things under wraps now. Body parts are sticking out of the ground. Now Salim gets the news. Ferit is really stupid. He didn't put the two bodies in a common grave because Yildiz is his ex wife. LOL Does that honor thing rule their whole lives? Salim and Ferit finish burying the bodies.

Where is Murat? He is finally awake, and he has amnesia. They tell him the whole story of the night before. This is crazy.

Salim should probably not tell Fuson about this. She might get pissed at him again.

Dogan is back in the hospital again, and doesn't know how he got there. He is told that Murat brought him there. That doesn't make sense to him. Murat saved his life he is told. Dogan is put on bed rest for a week. Dogan doesn't remember entering the house or what he saw there. Murat has slipped away again.

Murat visits Ezo. He tells her he avenged their father's murder. Her eyes open and she looks at him. Brother she says.

Ceyla calls Selin and wants to talk. Ezo is awake now, so will he confess to Selin I expect. Ezo tells Murat what happened and what she did, the double murder. The drug gives her pain, as it does him. It also triggers uninhibited homicidal urges, apparently, or sexual ones in some women.

Ferit asks Salim "are you aware my daughter is crazy?" Salim fears his uncle won't approve. But I am betting uncle Ferit is thinking "thank GOD, someone is willing to put up with her!" He gies his approval. Murat, typically, sees it as a betrayal.

Now he prepares to dose Ezo with the drug again. No, he doses himself instead. One last crazy run.

Ceyla tells Selin about Murat and the drug. She tells him about her father. She tells her about Ezo and the double murder. Selin learns Murat slept with Ceyla, though it was a different personality. Selin has trouble believing her, naturally. Ceyla warns her again as Selin leaves. And along comes Ferit with Salim by his side to meet with Ceyla.

Selin calls Hyde. She has to check what she was told. Will Selin tell Doggone what she is doing? I wonder if he will wind up saving her for real finally. They have rehabbed his character over the course of the show.

What are they doing with Ceyla? They won't kill her. They must have drugged her to get her to come with them. They are trying to protect her, most likely.

Oh, yeah, Selin told Doggone she is having dinner with Murat, and that she suspects him now. He will check himself out against medical orders. He is going to save the day. Selin arrives at psycho Murat's home for dinner.

Ceyla talked to me Selin says. She says Ceyla wasn't in her right mind, saying she wants another autopsy, and that Murat killed him. She laughs about it as though it is crazy. They eat dinner. Selin wants Ezo's fingerprints. But Murat won't let her. What if Ezo really did kill those two? What if I as her brother approve? Why get the police involved if we have already sorted it out ourselves? WOW. Hyde finally revealed his psychotic nature to Selin who sees him in a completely new light now. She knows Ceyla was telling the truth now. She pulls her pistol on him.

Hyde asks what are you doing? I help the needy and the sick. I am about to make history with my new drug. Please, can we celebrate this? He shows Selin that he is a danger to the public and should be locked away in a nuthouse for the criminally insane. Experts should study him; he should be a case study for psychiatrists studying the criminally insane. He is cunning, charming, and completely lacking the normal inhibitions to criminal behavior, completely lacking in conscience. He feels no regret at hurting others.

Oh shit. Didn't see that coming. Ezo stabbed her in the back. She and brother sit down to eat as Selin crawls away, knife in back. Psychopathy in the family. In comes Doggone to find Selin on the floor. The idiot didn't draw his weapon, if he even brought it. Murat shoots him. Then he bolts and begins strangling Murat. Salim and Ferit run up as Doggone passes out. Ezo passes out. I guess she will wake up with amnesia? Or back to coma.

Salim and Fundoll enjoy life at the beach. Selin and Doggone are missing and presumed dead. Little Ferit plays in the ocean. Uncle Ferit dines with some lady. And Murat cares for Ezo, injecting her to awaken her. Wake up crazy.

He gives himself a note to increase the dose by a milligram. Crazy girl wakes up. Who are we going to kill today brother?

In the hospital a nurse gives Selin and Doggone drugs. Murat tends his ayuhuasca plants in the greenhouse, fertilized by the corpses underneath. Farmer psycho.

WOW. That was a surprise indeed. Didn't turn out at all the way I thought it would. So they went ahead and killed Ceyla. I didn't think they would do that.

Crime paid after all. I didn't see that coming either.

OK, when you have read my last 2, long, comments, give me your thoughts

Yes - full of miracles this show!! Did Eso wait until all was quiet and then get up and do her work-outs unobserved. For someone who had been bedridden for years she had no problem walking. And apparently taxi drivers in Turkey don't charge for their services if it's a very suspicious looking young woman in a nightie. I am wondering what the point of Ceydah's mother was - that just petered out. It could have been better had it not descended into farce - but I am happy that Vulture's dreams are now filled with rainbows !! So - what next Oh Soapmaster - what do you think of "Black Money"? It has 164 episodes - we might set another quick view record !! Shall we start another thread now - I don't think anybody else watches the stuff we do anyway !!

How about this discussion I just started under the title Black Money Love.

I thought about Ezo and the taxi. I figured after she gutted the molester she probably robbed him of cash as well. There was so much in that show that was beyond belief, but I give it high marks for being creative and not too easy to predict.
