While I understand Cartoon Network should be the definitive source for this show, I've never found their episode listings to be satisfactory or complete (they don't even list the entirety of Season 2 per the link you provided).
Other sites tend to put the two episodes together and mark it with the extended runtime and I believe it was TMDB's policy to clump these part1/part2 episodes together as well?

TMDb's policy is to follow the original Cartoon Network release. While the seasons can sometimes be incomplete and/or inconsistant, the format of the episode at the time of release can still be used.
