Word is that Kim & Drew do have a past together and she thinks that Oscar is his son but when DNA tests are ran, BM is not a match.
Evidently there is someone else Kim was involved with at the time.
They're still going with it's someone from PC ... but who?
Also Steve Burton tweeted this though no info as to what the scenes are just yet:

I kinda still think Kim is lying. Maybe she saw Oscar’s real bio Dad at Mercy and that’s what she transferred so fast and seemingly for no reason. Didn’t Joss use some DNA kit she ordered off the internet? Maybe it’s wrong. Idk lol

I'm actually shocked the dna matched Kim's story. I absolutely thought it would conflict.
