Jimmy Lee Holt and Celia Quartermaine

I started watching GH in the summer of 1983 and recall much sexual tension and, eventually, a relationship between Edward Quartermaine's ******* son Jimmy Lee Holt and Celia Quartermaine, who I believe was a niece or cousin of Edward's.
This has bothered me for decades so I will finally ask here - was this not an incestuous relationship?

For a minute there I thought Austin would turn out to be Jimmy Lee and Celia’s son. But only Charity lived in Pawtauck so..
