Discuss General Hospital

Something tells me, Jeff lied the way he interrupted Carolyn saying to let him tell the story afraid that she would tell the truth.

I'm thinking it's actually Carolyn who killed Reiko and the baby in a fit of anger and they have Elizabeth thinking she did it herself to shut her up.

Well, what I want to know is - what does any of this Elizabeth, her parents, Finn and Reiko thing have to do with all of the other weird things Elizabeth did over the past year? Like shredding her own wedding dress, burning down Franco's art studio, and blacking out and losing time. There were other things too but I forget what they were. All of that couldn't be because of the Reiko connection.

yes I was thinking the same thing. And I still have not forgotten about the mysterious card Liz got from someone called "B". It seems like this storyline had originally different outcomes. There's no way it was tied to Finn from the beginning.

GH writers changing course midway. That’s never happened before

This storyline has been all over the map and it's a mess. I think the writers are hoping we all just forget about everything that happened before. It's like the writers are writing a completely new storyline every day for the same characters. I think the Finn/Reiko angle is stupid but I do like that Jeff and Carolyn are finally on the canvas. Since we can't have RDA back as Jeff, I'm content with Billy Moses. And I like the actress playing Carolyn.

I mean at least they reconciled the Reiko thing, but you can still tell this is a rewrite. I think they were going with a molestation storyline (not Jeff but whomever they let Elizabeth stay with) but maybe ABC/Disney said "LOL Nope" so here we are.

Was that the same Reiko on Finn's phone? Looked like a different woman.

And skuzzy looking too.

How in the hell did both Finn and Jeff even want her?

THIS was going to be the cause of breaking up 2 different marriages?

Is scuzzy a synonym for plump now?

No skuzzy ... or scuzzy is a description of Reiko.

Pregnant or ... plump is a description of the stunt they must have hired for the stairwell scene before actress Mele Ihara was hired for the role of Reiko and had a wig covering her face at the bottom of the stairs.

I agree she was not the usual hotty Jeff was known for bagging but just cuz she was not the stereotypical hot Asian babe lots of white guys fantasize over doesn't mean the actress was ugly. Plump, yeah, but scuzzy, as in skanky, a ho bag- not that I saw.

Wait why are we bringing her nationality into this?

I was referring to how she was dressed, fixed up, etc like some whiny teenaged babysitter instead of the respected physician she was supposed to be. She was pretty in her pictures, even the sketch Elizabeth made. But didn't seem Jeff or even Finn material in the clips they showed of her Wednesday. Nothing to do with the actress because they can do wonders with how they fix cast members up.

I brought it up, and her weight because, unless you think sandals are scuzzy, I don't get the comment. Sam and Carly often look and act scuzzy.

Here was a woman in argument w Liz, and other than sandals, weight, and ethnicity she seemed utterly average. Even forgettable.

No one killed Reiko. They are still saying she died after getting Blackwood’s Syndrome and infecting Finn. The way Jeff said Liz caused Reiko’s fall makes me think they fought on the stairs and Reiko fell, not just that Liz pushed Reiko down the stairs. Presumably Reiko was unconscious like Peter when Finn pushed him down the hospital stairs (see the connection?) and maybe Jeff hid Reiko’s body and drugged her so she would forget what happened, who knows?

I was pretty close. Honestly my way would have made more sense. How is Reiko’s death Liz’s fault? I would blame the moron who gave Reiko infected blood (probably Jeff).
