This did a marvelous job of setting tone, and all the build up to the actual battle was gorgeous. However, the GMOD-esque aesthetic holds this one back and it makes the zacks a little unthreatening, taking away from the direness of the assault.

The vision is here, the vision is clear, and that muddy red sky as the shrieks of the monsters lurking in the dark fills the skyline is gorgeous, making this a must watch for fans of the book regardless.
