大阪界隈をシマとする暴力団、大隈組の行動隊長・田坂は、ケンカとシャブなしでは生きられない性分。懲役刑となってからは、シャブとは手を切り、特効力を活かし組のために奔走していた。田坂と対照的な頭脳派の若頭・松井は、関東で力をつけている宇崎組と手を組むことを考え、宇崎と敵対関係にある組幹部の命を取るよう田坂に依頼する。田坂は弟分の浜岡を連れて東京へ向かうが、偶然、双眼鏡で見張り中に見つけたコーヒーショップの娘・洋子に心を奪われてしまう。
