Discuss Watchmen

At the end of Watchmen, Rorschach begs Dr. Manhatten to kill him.

After watching the scene with the doctor in the prison, I am wonding if that little girl being murdered so heinously made him suicidal. He did say what ever was left of Walter Kovacs died that night with that little girl. At the end he begs Dr. Manhatten to kill him.

I think he just sees the inevitable.

As Walter was a victim of abuse as a child, seeing what happened to the girl might have made him lose all hope in humanity and just given up on life.

Your right. He does have a very strict idea of what is right and never compromised. He was probably tired of it all.
