There is a cut of this movie which was floating around several years before this movie got an official release and it was actually much funnier. Basically, there were some edits made and scenes shortened, etc. that make a difference in the way the film flows. The first cut is a smoother, more consistently funny movie. I wish they'd release that cut now that Bob Odenkirk and David Cross are much more well known.
