Six people from different backgrounds find themselves fighting for their lives when they are swept up into a fantasy adventure in a theme park, where the dangers are real, the supernatural is the norm, and escape is next to impossible. They must pool their resources and skills in order to survive the jungle setting, if they are ever to return to their own world.

생면부지인 6명의 사람들이 우연히 테마파크에서 만나 모험과 환상의 세계로 빠져든다. 고교시절 짝사랑하던 여학생에게서 굴욕적인 모욕을 당한 후부터 날마다 낯선 사내에게서 목졸리는 악몽에 시달리는 냉정한 성격의 성형외과 전문의 유강재(김정학)는 재미없는 맞선 상대자와의 데이트 시간을 때우기 위해 테마파크를 찾는다. 사파리에서 근무하는 20대 후반의 단주희(김보경)는 아들을 위해 아내를 포기한 아버지도, 스스로 목숨을 버린 어머니도 이해할 수 없어 어머니가 돌아가신 그 날 이후부터 남자와 가족을 경멸하며 마음의 문을 닫은 여자다. 노인정 동무들과 테마파크에 단체 여행을 온 황노인(안석환)은 전쟁 중 단 한 발자국을 내딛지 못해 자신의 소대원을 모두 잃고 혼자 살아 남은 죄책감을 평생 짊어지고 살아가는 노인. 이밖에도 여섯 살의 고아 소년 찬희(박준희)와 모범생 준구(천정명)와 날나리 현우(이종수)가 모험에 합류한다. 이들은 사파리에서 때아닌 동물들의 습격을 피해 도망치다 '아 유 레디'관이 다다른다. 그곳에서 이들의 예측불허 모험이 시작된다. 과연 이들이 이 알수 없는 세계에서 빠져나갈 수 있을까?
