His story was interesting but sometimes hard to follow. His parents said that he left the military and apparently didn't work, but he went to Texas twice to be with a girlfriend and supposedly lived in his car. They never said where he was getting the money all of the time to travel and live for long periods at a time. My guess is he probably got VA disability after getting out of the military because of his mental illness, but that was never said.

I did wonder, though, if he was that mental how was he able to handle military service. Also how did he even get in because I didn't think they would accept someone that says they have a mental illness. In fact, I have a cousin who got out by saying she was bipolar.
