利用過去的假面騎士們的記憶，邪惡的巨大能量體－假面騎士Core誕生了。為了阻止擁有可怕力量的Core，OOO和W一同前往地球的核心。兩位騎士和使出壓倒性力量的Core開始了一場激戰。他們穿越了地底的岩漿，朝著Core的力量之源前進。

Confronting a mysterious enemy, the Pteranodon Yummy, Kamen Rider Double receives aid from Ryu, who has infuriated Akiko by being too busy to attend her wedding! Akiko demands to know why he even became a Kamen Rider in the first place and the Pteranodon Yummy as it uses the Memory Memory on her to give her the answer to her question… At the Kougami Foundation, Kousei Kougami talks of the most avaricious man in Japan, Oda Nobunaga, whose final resting place was found. With Doctor Maki overseeing the process, Kougami commissions the creation of a Cell Medal homunculus based on Nobunaga himself. Kamen Rider Core begins to destroy the area as Kamen Riders OOO and Double team up to fight the enemy. However, Kamen Rider Core proves too powerful and the two go underground to destroy the Gaia Memory’s source of power to even the odds.

『仮面ライダースカル メッセージforダブル』 鳴海亜樹子は紆余曲折の末に芽生えた照井竜 / 仮面ライダーアクセルとの愛を育み、結婚する事に。だが結婚式当日もアクセルに変身して戦おうとする竜に激怒。"仮面ライダー"自体に嫌気がさす。(この事を照井は『仮面ライダーアレルギー』と説明している。) 途中、亜樹子はWが謎の怪人・プテラノドンヤミーと戦う場面に遭遇。その怪人が所持していたメモリーメモリの力によって、亜樹子の意識は過去の風都へ飛ばされる。 過去の風都で起きた「最初のドーパント事件」を通して、亜樹子は父・鳴海荘吉 / 仮面ライダースカルの「ビギンズナイト」を知る。 『仮面ライダーオーズ ノブナガの欲望』 鎧を身にまとった織田信長のミイラが発見され、鴻上ファウンデーションはセルメダルを使用した最先端技術で、織田信長をホムンクルスとして蘇生させた。青年姿で蘇生したノブナガは記憶を失ったまま、鴻上生体研究所を脱走する。 戦国武将の子孫を殺害して回る鎧武者怪人を追っていた火野映司 / 仮面ライダーオーズは、その過程で偶然出会ったノブナガの面倒を見る事に。無垢だったノブナガは図書館などで急速に現代の知識を学んでいき、アルバイトからとある会社の社員になると、比奈の先輩である明智よしのが出場するダンスオーディションの場で会社を乗っ取って社長にまで上り詰める。 『MOVIE大戦CORE』 憑代を失ったサソリ・カニ・エビの3枚のコアメダルの意思が過去の仮面ライダーの苦しみ・悲しみといった偏った記憶を取り込んだメモリーメモリと融合し、邪悪なエネルギー集合体・仮面ライダーコアが誕生した。 Wとオーズの2人の仮面ライダーは、全てを破壊し尽くそうとするその脅威を喰い止めるために、地球の中心である「核」に戦いの場を移し最終決戦を繰り広げる。

가이아 메모리와 코어메달로부터 공포의 거대 에너지체가 등장. 가면라이더 코어(C)라 자칭하게 된다. 그 힘을 막기 위해 2명의 라이더는 지구 깊숙한 중심 속의 「기억의 샘의 결정」으로 향한다. 한편, 테루이 류는 아키코를 지키기 위해 가면라이더 액셀(A)이 되어 프테라노돈야미에 맞선다!

Los planes del misterioso presidente de la Fundación Kougami llevan a la resucitación del histórico Oda Nobunaga para experimento del cual muy poco se sabe, pero que verá involucrado a Eiji en el medio de todo. Mientras tanto en la ciudad del viento una boda está por ser llevada a cabo, pero falta el novio. La situación llevará a ver el pasado que finalmente terminará por arreglar viejas discusiones.
