Chris Tucker in anything is more annoying than Jar Jar.
Then you haven't seen Dead Presidents. I usually hate Chris Tucker's shtick, haven't watched any Rush Hour movies because of it but, in Dead Presidents, Tucker was brilliant.
To be fair, Tucker was meant to be annoying in The Fifth Element. Binks was intended as a lovable sidekick, someone young and old alike would adore and cheer for. Yeah, see how that turned out.

Tucker's role in Fifth Element is like Prince and Michael Jackson combined, and then Tucker swallowed a jar of helium just to make it worse.

The first 5 minutes of the Last Jedi was way more annoying than Jar Jar was throughout the entire prequels

Been a while since I've seen it but didn't that whole weird Canto Bight interlude in TLJ resemble The Fifth Element stylistically?
