The demonic face which dominates the poster for this film has absolutely nothing to do with the movie, a cheerful, silly, kid-friendly yarn about a family shipwrecked on a mysterious island. The island's scariest residents are ostriches with glued-on horns - nary a hint of devilish monsters.

This was a guilty pleasure when I was a kid. I'm almost afraid to watch it again now that I am older and wiser, but remember so many moments vividly that I feel I should take another look at it sometime soon!
