Both titles are used and a German moderator locked the current title. Therefore it can stay as is.

Thank you for the clarification. I didn't realize it previously had a different title. I was basing the report I submitted on the title used on the DVD art, the Clamshell art, and how it was listed on Amazon.de when I purchased it. I added the newer spelling as an alternate title.
