在遥远的天界，有一群剧作家终日笔耕不辍，撰写着每一位人类的人生。负责为他们端茶倒水的茶助（松山研一 饰）熟悉作家笔下的每一个人物，内心不时点评臧否着他们的创作手法以及人类的百样命运。因为无心向其中一位作家提了建议，导致茶助长久以来所喜欢的人类女孩新城百合（大野丝 饰）死于车祸。对此颇感自责的茶助跳下天界，决心在最后关头拯救女孩。其他作家暗暗帮助，派来笔下的古董商店老板种田润一（大杉涟 饰）和拉面小哥彦村（伊势谷友介 饰）帮助他完成使命。与此同时，另一股力量则千方百计要杀掉百合。茶助一会儿变成天使，一会儿变成黑社会，而拯救百合的那份决心从来没有改变……

天界聚集了許多位編劇，他們的工作是替凡間的人們寫下一部又一部的「人生劇本」，他們的筆可以主宰凡人一生的命運。茶助（松山研一 飾）在世的時候是一名流氓，來到天界擔任起茶助的工作，負責採茶，看著這些人生悲喜劇，他開始喜歡上某個編劇筆下的凡間女子由莉（大野絲 飾）。一天，茶助得知編劇將以一場車禍結束由莉的人生劇本，為了拯救由莉，茶助違反天庭的規定，墮入凡間，離奇地出現在沖繩傳統藝能祭典上！置身現代沖繩的茶助，被村民暱稱為「天使先生」，他認識了骨董店的種田及拉麵店的彥村等人，並集合他們的力量想要改變由莉的命運，沒想到這竟然是編劇作家們安排好的一齣惡作劇…

Things are hectic in heaven. Dozens of scribes sit before a long scroll incessantly scribbling away. They are composing the biographies of earth-dwellers. What is invented by the men in heaven is lived out below. And their employer, God, is increasingly vehement in demanding avant-garde ideas. Take, for example, the beautiful Yuri, a girl who dies in a car crash. Some of the heavenly scribes find this very dull and send former gangster Chas, who has become a heavenly tea-boy, back down to earth with instructions to save Yuri no matter what. And so Chas ends up in Okinawa, gets to know the earth-dwellers, interferes in their fates, becomes celebrated as 'Mr Angel' and is hounded by brutal enemies. His falling in love with Yuri is of course a foregone conclusion. But no one could anticipate what happens next. Not even God himself

大勢の脚本家たちが、地上に住む人々の“人生のシナリオ”を書いている天界。そこでお茶くみをしている茶助は、ある脚本家が担当する女性ユリに惹かれる。しかし、ユリが交通事故で亡くなる事実を知って衝撃を受けた茶助は、何とかしたいと天界を抜け出して地上へ向かう。

천상의 차 심부름꾼 차스케는 사후세계의 극작가들이 인류의 인생을 쓰는 것을 어쩔 수 없이 엿듣다, 유리라는 여자의 이야기에 관심을 갖게 된다. 그녀가 운명을 달리할 위기에 처하자 차스케는 현실세계로 가서 그녀를 구하려 한다. 그러나 이곳에서 생각 하지 못한 적들과, 새로이 깨닫게 된 자신의 모습에 혼란스러운데... 하지만 시간은 흐르고 유리의 운명은 오직 그의 손에 있다.

Na vida após a morte, escritores ocupados estão criando cenários para a humanidade. O que eles escrevem dita o destino de todos. Chasuke, um servidor de chá celestial, está sempre fazendo o seu trabalho para garantir que os dramaturgos sigam em sua tarefa sem fim.
