Johnny and his friends embark on a journey to rid their land of an evil giant. While inside the giant's castle, the children are trapped by the giant and put through a magical shrinking machine. Johnny narrowly escapes the castle, but he is now the size of a small insect. Johnny will find that the world of insects is no picnic. The bees are feuding with the hornets, and Johnny is right in the middle of it. Johnny must now gain the trust of the insects to help him rescue his friends from the giant. Can he do it in time?

Le petit Jeannot et ses frères se perdent dans la forêt. Après un voyage semé d'embûches, ils sont capturés par un ogre qui les rapetisse. Les voilà en cage comme des insectes. Mais Jeannot parvient à s'échapper, et sauve la Reine des abeilles d'une invasion de frelons. C'est alors que la ruche entière vient attaquer le château de l'Ogre...

Юний сміливець Жанно відправляється на острів, щоб боротися із злим велетнем, господарюючим там. Однак у гіганта є хитромудрий прилад, за допомогою якого він зменшує Жанно до розмірів бджоли. Так хлопчик дізнається про існування Країни бджіл (Bee-Land), вступає в їх армію і відважно б'ється, захищаючи королеву-матку. Після цього він веде в бій проти велетня бджіл і інших своїх нових друзів. Їм вдається перемогти, використавши прилад проти самого гіганта: він стає маленьким, а Жанно отримує назад свій зріст.
