In the suburbs of Rome, two disparate lives with only desire for vengeance and redemption in common find their destinies intertwined. Massimo's mind is plagued with images of his wife's violent death at the hands of a criminal gang involved in the production of snuff films. With every memory of the woman he loved replaced by unforgettable images of her horrific final moments, Massimo sees only one chance to take back his life: find the wealthy individual who commissioned the sickening murder - and make them pay. Barabba, a recently released convict, hopes to keep a promise he made to his father and start a new life with his brother, Spaccio, far from the violent world that they used to inhabit. Discovering that his brother is involved in the snuff gang, Barabba seeks to change things the only way he knows how: through violence and bloodshed.

Frisch aus dem Gefängnis entlassen, möchte Barabba (Bonini Mino) ein neues Leben beginnen und sich mit seinem Bruder Spaccio (Maurizio Zaffino) aussöhnen. Doch als er erfährt, dass Spaccio mittlerweile Teil einer Bande ist, die Menschen für den Dreh von Snuff-Videos tötet, beginnt er, sich deren Mitglieder möglichst brutal vorzuknüpfen. Parallel dazu ist der nur unter seinem Nickname bekannte Mungus60 (Massimo Caratelli) auf der Suche nach dem Auftraggeber am Mord seiner Frau. Auch sie musste für ein Snuff-Video sterben.

Nella periferia romana si intrecciano i destini di due individui mossi dal desiderio di vendetta e dalla voglia di riscatto. Perseguitato dalle immagini della violenta morte della moglie per mano di una gang criminale coinvolta nella produzione di snuff movie, Massimo desidera solo rintracciare chi ha commissionato il delitto e fargliela pagare. Barabba, invece, è appena uscito dal carcere e spera di mantenere la promessa fatta al padre, cominciando una nuova vita con il fratello Spaccio lontano dal mondo del crimine. Quando però scopre che Spaccio ha a che fare con gli snuff movie, Barabba cerca di cambiar le cose nell'unica maniera che conosce: ricorrendo alla violenza e allo spargimento di sangue.
