The biggest Brazilian historical festival of all time. The great cast of the 1973 Phonogram (now Universal Music) meets in three nights to protest against the curtailment of freedom of expression in those dark years of the dictatorship. Phono 73 foi um festival realizado no Palácio de Convenções do Anhembi, entre 11 e 13 de maio de 1973, com todo o elenco da Phonogram, hoje Universal. A multinacional tinha quase todos os grandes nomes da dita MPB e resolveu reuni-los em um grande evento de marketing que também tinha um inevitável viés político, já que se vivia o período mais repressivo da ditadura militar.
