If the stones had broken up in the 70s .Jagger could of done more films.

Did you ever see Bowie act in anything? He was, IMO, a very versatile rock star-actor. If so, how does Jagger compare to him?

Not a bad one. The Man Who Fell to Earth was actually out in '76. I really dug his performance in The Last Temptation of Christ.
