An early 2000s style movie in 2010?

I just put this on. I thought "wow, how dated is this?". I was surprised to see that it was 2010.
There is a style to early 2000s comedies, from pacing, editing and use of music. This is checking all those boxes.
I wonder if it seemed dated when released? This was the year Inception came out let us remember.

I think it's a period movie... Starting from 1996 onwards...
