Fünf Mädchen, ein Van und eine Nacht, die sie niemals vergessen werden. Auf dem Rückweg von einer Party verfahren sie sich und stossen aus Versehen in ein anderes Auto. Die darauf folgende Fahrerflucht ist nur von kurzer Dauer, denn hinter ihnen taucht auf einmal der beschädigte Wagen auf. Die dazugehörige Fahrerin hat die Verfolgung aufgenommen und entpuppt sich schnell als unberechenbare Psychopathin. Diese Mädchen werden für ihre Tat bezahlen. Cinq jeunes filles rentrent ensemble en voiture d’un match de football. Ne retrouvant plus leur chemin, elles s’arrêtent dans un bar perdu au milieu de nulle part pour demander des indications. בדרכן ממשחק הפוטבול של התיכון אל ביתן, חמישה נערות מאבדות את דרכן. הן עוצרות בחנות כדי לשאול על דרכן ומקום המצאן, ובטעות מעקמות קצת את הפגוש של מכונית SUV. לא מנוסות ומפוחדות הנערות חושבות שהן נכנסו לצרה והן בורחות ממקום התאונה ונכנסות לכבישים לא מוכרים. בעודן נוסעות הן חוצות את דרכן דרך אזור שנקרא "העיניים", הנערות נכנסות להלם כאשר מישהו עוקב אחריהם. הן מגלות כי נהג ה SUV הנפגע בעקבותן והוא רוצה נקמה.

On their way home from a high school football game, five teenage girls become hopelessly lost. When they stop to get directions at a desolate store, the girls are involved in a minor fender bender which leaves an unattended SUV one headlight short. Inexperienced and frightened that they'll get into trouble, the girls flee the scene of the accident and speed away down the dark and unfamiliar roads. As they blindly make their way across an area the locals call THE EYES, the girls are suddenly shocked to see one lone headlight appear behind them. As the driver of the damaged SUV begins one terrifying assault after another, the five girls will lose their innocence and possibly their lives in this brutal and shocking thrill ride.

Nakonec se dostanou na místo zvané Oči. Šokuje je, když uvidí jedno přední světlo auta, které se za nimi zjeví. Šofér je začne ohrožovat a jim nezbude nic jiného, než před ním unikat, jinak přijdou o život. Otázka však je, jestli se jim to podaří...
