After some thinking I decided to go with Hideaway (Le refuge) since that is the only release title in English.
Do you remember which release you used? At a quick glance, Le Refuge might have used in the UK and Australia (but maybe the opening title is different).
I haven't checked any review, but the UK distributor and artworks appear to consistently use Le Refuge
I found that too, but it wasn't clear which title was used for the later physical release (artwork images) and which one was used for the theatrical release (no artwork). When reviews for a theatrical release alternates between two titles (and one of those titles is the original one), that could be a sign no title was defined for that release. A few weeks later we know there was a set title for the US release.
When a distributor use the title "Hideaway (Le refuge)" I think it's just the translation "Hideaway" add to the original title "Le Refuge"
I think the translated title is just "Hideaway" or "The Refuge".
"Hideaway (Le refuge)" is the translated title + the original title

Checking again now, I used the US release as I couldn't really confirm the UK title (reviews/info sites used both The Refuge and Le Refuge).

Ok thanks. Do you know Unifrance ? I think the right title is "The Refuge" https://en.unifrance.org/movie/30482/the-refuge

That title was used for some festivals screenings, but not any of the English language releases (that I could find).
