Chun Hee is in 11th grade. He was in a movie club at school when his illness recurred and he was hospitalized. There, he meets Joo Hee who is waiting for a cornea donation. Joo Hee's dream is to be a national archer, but she won't be able to see unless she gets a donation. She doesn't lose hope. Chun Hee pretends to be a year older, his mom blows his cover. However, Joo Hee just calls him 'oppa' anyways. The two become closer every day...

“순간…” 우리들의 우정과 사랑은 아름다웠다 고교 3학년인 천희. 영화 동아리에서 촬영을 하던 중 앓고 있던 병이 재발하여 병원에 실려오게 된다. 그곳에서 각막기증을 기다리는 주희를 만난다. 양궁 국가대표 꿈나무인 주희는 각막기증을 받기 전 엔 다시 세상을 볼 수 없다는 소리를 듣게 되지만 희망을 잃지 않는다. 병원에서 우연한 계기로 주희를 알게 된 천희는 자기가 한 살 위라며 오빠 행세를 하게 된다. 하지만 그 사실은 주희 엄마로 하여금 들통 나게 되고. 하지만 오빠가 없던 주희는 천희에게 그냥 오빠를 하라고 한다. 얼떨결에 주희 오빠가 되어버린 천희, 그러면서 둘의 우정은 커져만 가게 되는데……
