映画作家の青年は、謎の依頼主から映画の製作を頼まれる。与えられた条件は7日間、同じ部屋の中でひとりの少女を撮影すること。密室の中に男と女、ふたりきりのストイックな時間がゆっくり流れてゆく。やがて日が進むにつれ、青年には現実と妄想の境界が崩れ、捩じれた世界が現れるのだった。
