Yeah, it's another one of those movies, which predominantly features Steven Seagal on the poster/cover, but when you actually watch the movie you quickly realize it's one of those cheaply made movies (usually in eastern europe or eastern asia) and Seagal is in it for a few minutes and most of the movie is D-list actors trying to pose as some kind of elite CIA operator....sorry...assets. Anywho, my favourite part is the riveting action scene where one of these hightier assets is running straight behind a car and somehow manages to shoot the driver in the back/chest even though there is guy sitting right behind him in the backseat who is obviously completely unhurt by this magical bullet.
