You think it was Illuminati? There were some very influential people on the Titanic.

Possibly. Maybe the Iceberg was part of the New World Order.

not sure i buy the lone iceberg theory...

The Iceberg could of had too many drinks of water and was drunk floating when it hit the Titanic.

I really didn't believe the iceberg character at all. It was the worst part of the movie. It was cold, its performance was uneven, and hell it was barely in the movie at all! I'm also angry that it was clearly a foreign iceberg and not played by an American iceberg. I even heard they replaced most of the performance with a CG actor.

Really don't understand why people like that movie at all.

Now, if they'd have had the iceberg STALK the titanic throughout the movie. Maybe throw in a salty old iceberg-hunter, a chase scene, and an explosion at the end...THEN we'd have a movie!

That's a very sound post. I like it!

New theory about the iceberg. It has been revealed that the iceberg had been diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia shortly before the collision. It is thought that the iceberg had attacked the ship because he thought the ship was out to get him.

Yeah, it should have been like in "JAWS", where every once in a while, they cut to the iceberg-eye view of things, rumbling through the waters at great speed, not actually seen, until well into the film, a protagonist turns their back, and then SUDDENLY...

There have been reports of a legendary uncontacted tribe of iceberg dwelling people. It has been theorized that the tribe's only attempt at contracting civilization was in April of 1912 in the North Atlantic with the Titanic. This attempt failed when the Titanic unknowingly broke the tribe's taboo against physical contact. This spooked the tribe so much that they have not been seen since.

@Renovatio sunglasses I just heard that a second iceberg was fashioned to look like the original one and that lookalike iceburg was the one that collided with the Titanic.

As of 12/28/17, some right wing journalists (yes, I'm talking to you, Alex Jones), are now saying that the iceburg was a shape shifting reptilian!

I have to disagree. It was way better than Loki. A very underrated performance. It's all about subtlety.

@JustinJackFlash grin I haven't seen that movie yet. Was Tom Hiddleston that bad?

According to everyone except me he's amazing. I find him to be a sneering panto villain. Definitely prefer the Iceberg. And the rock in 127 hours certainly had more menace.

I think a face off movie between the iceberg and that rock would be a sure thing at the box office.

@JustinJackFlash spy Did you know that he's in the running to be the next James Bond after Daniel Craig retires?
