《少年不哭》由以漫画《三国志》一举成名的北方谦三原作—《伤痕》改编而成。讲述的是在１９５３年战争时期，流落首尔的两个少年为了生存而奋斗的故事，是 一部揭露残酷现实的动作片。片中的钟斗（李莞饰）容易冲动，但很会打架又讲义气，而商人泰浩（宋昌义饰）则头脑冷静，且天生具有才智，影片将展现二人为了 生存而与现实做斗争的过程。李莞在片中饰演失去父母，只相信自己的拳头和兄弟情义的坚强、刚韧的人物形象。该片是韩日共同制作的电影，将在两国同时上映。

1953, the Korean war has ended, but the fight for survival has just begun. Two 18 year old boys, Tae-ho and Jong-du, live in a camp for orphaned boys, which is more of a concentration camp where everyone suffers from hunger, inhumane treatment and unbearable work conditions. But these two have a dream of a better tomorrow. Tae-ho is the one with wits and brains and Jong-du is the tough street fighter. Together they scheme to steal US Army supplies and recruit other boys to grow their business. But when they start to take business away from the local gangsters, their fight fur survival turns into a war…

1953, la guerre de Corée a pris fin mais le combat pour la survie ne fait que commencer. Tae-ho et Jong-doo, jeunes hommes de 18 ans, vivent dans un camp réservé aux orphelins qui ressemble plus à un camp de concentration car ils y souffrent de la faim, de traitements inhumains et d'horribles conditions de travail. Mais ils rêvent d'un avenir meilleur. Tae-ho est le cerveau, Jong-doo est la force, c'est est un très bon bagarreur. Ensemble, ils planifient le vol de matériel américain et recrutent des complices pour faire prospérer leur trafic. Mais ils commencent à gêner la pègre locale et le combat pour la survie va devenir encore plus dur…

전쟁에 부모 형제를 잃고 하루하루 끼니와 잠 잘 곳을 해결해야 했던 소년들이 모인 수용소. 싸움을 잘하고 다혈질이지만 의리가 있는 종두와 또래에 비해 셈이 빠르고 명석한 태호는 그곳에서 만나 친구가 되고, 둘이 힘을 합쳐 미군 밀수품을 훔쳐내 지옥 같은 수용소를 탈출한다. 소년들을 지켜주는 법도 도덕도 없는 어지럽고 혼란한 세상에서 스스로 살아 남기 위해 태호는 시장의 최대 조직 만기파를 찾아가 노점을 얻어내 종두와 함께 장사를 시작한다. 노점에서 자신들이 훔친 물건을 끼워 팔아 돈을 모으는 두 소년. 태호는 무조건 많이 가진 자가 살아 남는다는 세상의 이치를 깨닫게 되고 종두는 만기 조직의 최고 주먹이자 자신들을 보호해 주는 명수를 보며 살아 남기 위해서 누구보다 강한 자가 되어야 겠다고 마음 먹는다.

Året är 1953 och det koreanska kriget är över. Två 18-åriga pojkar lever i ett fattigt läger för föräldralösa som kan liknas vid ett koncentrationsläger. De planerar stjäla den amerikanska armens utrustning och bygga upp en affärsverksamhet. Men får snart problem med lokala gangsters.
