Bong-gi, an apartment security guard, dominates neighborhood restaurants as the king of delivery app reviews. When he suffers humiliation from the newly elected representative of the resident, Gap-doo, while unable to contain his anger, Bong-gi finds out that Gap-doo runs a restaurant specializing in delivery.

아파트 경비원이지만 배달 앱 리뷰왕으로서 동네 식당들을 꿰차고 있는 봉기는 새로 선출된 입주민 대표인 갑두에게 치욕스러운 갑질을 당하게 되고 분을 금치 못하던 중 갑두가 배달 전문식당을 운영한다는 사실을 알게 된다.
