Space Command was a Canadian children's science fiction television adventure series broadcast on CBC (Canadian Broadcast Company) Television in 1953 and 1954. It was the first time the network (CBC) aired its own dramatic series.

The series presented life on the fictional space ship XSW1 operated by Space Command, an international organization working to explore and colonize space. Each episode featured the activities of Frank Anderson covering many subject areas such as sunspots, asteroids, space medicine, meteors and evolution.

Although short-lived, Space Command proved to be a hit dramatic program for CBC's earliest years. The series aired weekly from 13 March 1953 – 29 May 1954

Unfortunately, only a single episode from November 1953 is know to exist at this time.

On Camera is a Canadian dramatic anthology television series which aired on CBC Television from 1954 to 1958.

The Billy O'Connor Show was a Canadian variety television series which aired on CBC Television from 1954 to 1956. A post-hockey variety show with Billy O’Connor and his trio (Jackie Richardson on bass, Vic Centro on accordion, and Kenny Gill on guitar), produced by Bob Jarvis and Drew Crossan. On August 20, 1955, Juliette made her first regular appearance on the show. Initially part of the ensemble, conflicts between Juliette and O'Connor led to her departure. CBC then created a show centred around her. The program also featured singer Jack Duffy, comic actor, pianist Bill Isbister, and the musical talents of Jackie Richardson, Vic Centro, and Kenny Gill.

Folio, a precursor to CBC's renowned fine-arts series Festival, aired for four years starting in 1956. The series showcased original dramas, music compositions, and ballets, many originating from diverse regions across Canada. Notable episodes featured Barry Morse in a new staging of MacBeth, along with performances by Canadian talents like Robert Goulet and Sharon Acker. One of the highlights included a musical adaptation of the beloved Canadian classic, Anne of Green Gables. Airing without sponsorship, Folio thrived until its conclusion in the fall of 1960.

Juliette became a Canadian TV icon during the heyday of variety programming in the 1950s. Known for her demanding nature, she was a talented but formidable figure, earning the nickname "Iron Butterfly." Despite this reputation, she had millions of devoted fans. Hawkeye and the Last of the Mohicans was set in New York's Hudson Valley during the French and Indian war in the 1750's and depicted the adventures of Hawkeye and his Indian blood brother Chingachgook, the last member of the Mohican tribe. The series based on stories by James Fenimore Cooper.

The Forest Rangers was a Canadian television series that ran from 1963 to 1965. It was a co-production between CBC Television and ITC Entertainment and was Canada's first television show produced in colour. Executive producer Maxine Samuels founded the show.

The series ran for three seasons, a total of 104 30-minute colour episodes. Early episodes of the series were broadcast in serialized form as part of a CBC children's series entitled Razzle Dazzle, hosted by Alan Hamel and Michelle Finney.

This was the first appearance in a major series by Gordon Pinsent. He left the series in 1965 to star in Quentin Durgens, M.P.

In June 2004, there was a reunion for ex-cast and fans just south of Kleinburg, where the show was originally filmed. Six of the ex-junior rangers appeared and Peter Tully flew in from his home in Ireland. Another reunion occurred June 15, 2013 at the actual studios where the show was filmed. This time nine junior rangers and Gordon Pinsent were in attendance.

The show's first season was released on DVD by Imavision in early 2007.

Telescope is a Canadian documentary series which aired on CBC Television between 1963 and 1973. The series was hosted by Fletcher Markle, which profiled notable Canadian people from celebrities to the unknown, who made a difference.

Starting in September 1966, Telescope was the first regular colour broadcast in Canada. It's producer was Sam Levene.

In 2008, CBC offered 10 episodes of Telescope on their Digital Archives website. The episodes are from the 1970-1971 season, and feature new host Ken Kavanagh. Among those profiled were game show host Monty Hall, publisher Mel Hurtig, journalist Pat Carney, actor John Vernon, author Farley Mowat, amusement park impresario Patty Conklin, and underwater explorer Joe MacInnis. A 1970 episode featured actor Donald Sutherland including early footage of his son Kiefer. Mentalist Uri Geller followed a week later by Ray Hyman and Jerry Andrus who explained and duplicated Geller's "paranormal" feats.
