Date of birth is wrong

As confirmed by Kerry Shale himself + Sainou (his agent) + the BFI + Wikipedia + IMDb, the following date of birth is correct: 4 June 1952. The old date of birth (17 June 1958) was proved wrong multiple times meanwhile.

I've changed it to 4 June 1952 and locked it as such.
